Yes, we are fully insured with $2 Million business liability insurance and Worker's compensation Insurance (W.S.I.B.).
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we guarantee our work for 2 years, which is double the industry standard.
How long is your quotation valid?
We honour our quotations for 30 days.
What are your payment options?
We accept; Cheques, Cash, Visa and Mastercard. Financing options are available upon request.
What is the installation time?
Normally, a complete tub and wall system is installed in one day by one installer.
Can we watch the installer work?
Yes, but we prefer that you do at a distance due to our work areas already being confined and hard to maneuver in. Also, we ask that all questions be asked to the estimator/project manager of your job so that he is aware of all that is happening in order to prevent any miscommunication.
What are the colour selections?
Bathliners and shower baseliners are available in nine colors: white, almond, biscuit, gray, pearl, pewter, white granite, beige granite, and gray granite. Wall surrounds are available in the nine bathliner colors plus our marbleized selections: silver/white, almond/white and travertine for a total of 12 colors. A 4"x 4", 8"x10" simulated-tile pattern and a wainscoting pattern is also available in all 12 colors. A newly released 12”x12” simulated slate tile pattern is available in all 3 of the marbleized colours (travertine - silver/white – almond/white)
Can a homeowner purchase the material and install it themselves?
No, a factory-trained installer with industry-specific tools must install the system. In order for us to honour the lifetime warranty it has to be installed by a trained installer.
Do you sub contract the project out to other?
NO, our crews complete the work.
Do I need to be home when the work is being done?
No, you do not need to be present while the work is being completed. Depending on your comfort level, we have clients who give us the keys early in the morning before leaving for work and we have clients who prefer to stick around, the choice is yours.
What about our pets?
We ask that pets are confined to a safe place. This insures that pets do not run out the front door or get injured near the work area.
